A comparison of slow and fast transverse relaxation times for different agarose concentrations and dependence of visibility VisibilitySQ (ΔMo/Δ[Na]) and visibilityIR (ΔMo/Δ [Na]) on agarose concentration. VisibilitySQ and visibilityIR for all concentrations of agarose were obtained using SQ and IR techniques. All transverse relaxation time constants T2sSE, T2sSE and T2sIR, T2sIR were determined by single quantum Hahn spin echo and IR pulse sequence on NMR.
